This is a 14x11.4 unfurnished room within a spacious 5 bed 3.5 bathroom house. You would share 2 bathrooms with 3 other people. The house includes access to a pool, and infront of Gordon Highway. The rent is $700 and includes the utilities, washer and dryer, and access to kitchen supplies and common areas. The house is less than 7 minutes from Fort Eisenhower gate 1 and 9 minutes from gate 6. After the tenant screen, it’s $1,300 to move in (The first month’s rent and security deposit) and a month to month lease.

Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

There are currently four of us living in the house. One is a Manager at Waffle house, one military, one working at a BBQ spot, and another on SSI. Overall, we get along prety well and I plan housemate events for us all to hang out. We have chores and clean up after ourselves to maintain a clean environment. When I am home, I am either in the living room on my laptop or in my office working. The other housemate comes through sometimes to talk about cybersecurity, military, life, experiences, etc. We use Discord to communicate and joke.
