Awesome and secure building, it is two bed one bath apartment on second floor, with balcony; heat, water and trash is included, only electricity and internet is a shared bill; the building has a shared laundry and one free parking spot, it is located in downtown countryside just next to la grange so plenty of stores and shopping places are nearby

Me and my wife are gonna be living in the apt, it is a no pet building, and no smoking also but you can at the balcony. I do work early mornings after that I do spend all time at the apartment, I am a very quiet and clean person, I do expect the same.
