This room is available now. I have a bedroom that is fully furnished, (Full size bed, and 2 Dressers) including a small fridge. We are asking $225.00 a week, which includes: TV (Dish Network, you will have to supply the TV) Internet (Comcast), use of the kitchen and utensils, (groceries would not be included), use of the laundry appliances (laundry supplies also not included), electric and water. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself. Please No overnight guests unless we have meet them, first please.
We are close to shopping, and centrally located between Traditions and Port Saint Lucie and US1, but in a neighborhood away from the hubbub. This is a great neighborhood. To move in, I am asking 450.00 (first week, last week). This is on a week-to-week basis. The only other thing I ask is that once you move in, please give me 14 days’ notice prior to vacating or moving out. Below are photos of the room. Just the basics. You get to decorate how you want it to look.

In the house there is Myself, My husband, and Brother. We are an older couple. Also, we have cats and a small dog, so an animal lover would be ideal. Smoking is allowed out side of the home.
