Hello the property has two pools and dog park and plenty of uncovered parking. You will be able to have the Master bedroom with the attached bathroom. My place has two so I have my own and you have your own. It’s has an open layout and is about 1000 square feet with a washer and dryer in unit. Rent is 790 and the utilities usually range from 60-150 depending on the summer months.
About the roomies
Hello my names Allaina I have a four year old golden retriever name prince and we are looking to get a new roomie! I currently work as a dental assistant, on the weekends I like to relax go the gym and take my dog to the doggie park I’m looking for a reliable roommate that can pay rent on time and can clean up after themselves in the shared areas! I wont be posting any pictures of the inside of the apartment for privacy and safety reasons but if it’s a match I can always send you some. I look forward to hearing from you!
