Helen's room

We have 1 large bedroom for rent on the 1st floor with full semi-shared bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The bedroom has a full-size day bed for your use, large closet, and a courtesy refrigerator in the room for your use. Shared kitchen access for you to prepare your meals. Unfortunately, no shared laundry use as this is on the second floor and wish to keep that area private. No smoking, drugs, overnight guests. We ask for you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen, and keep your areas clean bathroom/bedroom. Other than that we are very easy going and a friendly family. We are in a gated community so it is very safe, and there are open guest parking spots on first come first serve basis available around the community. Worst case scenario there is parking just outside of the gated community on the street. There is a club house and pool available for your use as well as long as you abide by community rules. Habla espanol!

We are a family of four - mom, dad, and two young kids. Dad travels for work and not around a lot. Mom stays at home and takes care of the children. One child goes to school and the other is too young for that!
