Looking for a female in her 20s to takeover on a lease for 9 months from April-December with option to extend!
Must have proof of income and be approved!
Location: Lakewood 20 mins from Red Rocks 20-25mins from Downtown Denver
Details:
- about $715-$730 a month with rent, utilities and wifi included
- shared kitchen and living area -washer/dryer in the apartment -pool, hot tub & gym in the community
- Room will NOT be furnished
PETS: There is already one cat in the apartment. No other pets is preferred! May accept another cat if they are well behaved and get along well.

About the roomies
Roommates: The master bedroom is occupied by a couple (1M,1F) and their cat! They are both college students in their 20s with busy schedules. They are friendly, respectful and great at communication. They love camping, hiking, skiing, fishing and going to Edm concerts.
