3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The room for rent is across the hall from the main bathroom. *Room may be available as early as April, but definitely by the end of June at the latest. Apartment living area is fully furnished, kitchen already has appliances, dishes, etc. Could possibly help furnish bedroom if needed. Washer and Dryer in unit, main room has AC, but bedroom would need one. Small balcony off of living room. Complex has a small indoor pool and small exercise area. Complex does have lots of children around. Older building, but in decent shape. Rent includes garbage, water and electric are metered and billed separately, internet is billed separately. Uncovered parking requires a pass included in rent, covered parking is available for an additional $25 a month, but is limited and you may have to get on a wait list.

Hi I’m 27, a lesbian, introvert, a graduate student, and working full time as a behavioral therapist so I’m very busy. I’m home doing homework etc most of the time I am not at work. I’m a fairly clean person and I need someone who is as well. Need someone who will respect furniture/shared items and space and is stably employed or can prove ability to pay rent. Chores are shared (dishes, cleaning common areas etc.). I have a bearded dragon, she stays in her tank in the living room unless I’m home and take her out, don’t worry she can’t get out lol and shes very sweet. Very unfortunately I am allergic to cats so that’s not negotiable, I would potentially consider a small hypoallergenic dog. Other pets such as birds, reptiles, hamsters would probably be fine. Complex does not allow aquariums. Sorry if this sounds intense I just keep getting burned by bad roommates, feel free to message me and ask any questions!💜
