Muni's room

This townhouse is in a cute, quiet Hollywood neighborhood nestled away from all the busy traffic. There is plenty of parking, a front and backyard with lots of plants and a patio in the back that’s good for sitting in the morning or watching the sun set. The neighbors are quiet and respectful you barely ever notice anyone lives in this little community. The room is spacious with a HUGE closet that’s not pictured right now but it is big. The bathroom is connected to the room and has a closet in it and also opens to the hallway that has the washer and dryer. You are not even 10 minutes from highway/turnpike, 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport, 15 minutes from the beach, 25 to 60 minutes from Miami.

I live at this property and I work 40+ hours a week so I’m gone most of the day unless it’s my off days. I have a garden going in the back patio, 5Below is my happy place so I have plenty of paints and canvases and little craft stuff around that I love to do. I cook and bake pretty well if I do say so myself! I’m quiet but I do enjoy having my best friends or my boyfriend over occasionally so I’m not a loner lol. I don’t like drama, lack of communication or blatant disrespect. I would love to have a roommate that I get along really well with and (maybe even be friends with?) so we can go explore Florida together.
