Furnished room with a semi-private bathroom in a private home with an in-home business confined to the back of the house. Clean-sober living only please. Room included utilities, water, garbage, Wi-Fi, DirecTV, bluray, mini-fridge and optional microwave. Access to kitchen, living areas, back yard. Off-street parking with video surveillance. Washer and dryer but no dish washer in home. Some ambient noise in the neighborhood, 1/4 mile from bus stop. I am looking for an employed, responsible, individual with the skills to co-habitate peacefully. Monthly contract.

This is not a communal situation. Just a lady with long term recovery and 2 half grown kittens, low drama.
