The room available is a bedroom. Room is decent size with good closet space.

Rent is $1,400 and the only bills that the tenants are responsible for are electrical, gas and wifi. Building is super efficient, electricity and gas are never more than $25 per person, and wifi is $25 too.

Area is great, right off Morena with private alley entrance. Right at the junction of the I-5 and I-8 meaning that everything in San Diego is no more than 15 minutes away.

Laundry is on-site, parking is currently being figured out as the landlord is finishing some new units on property. Either way, street parking is always available.

My roommate and I are both grad students in the business school at USD. He is 24 and I am 23. We’re both chill and easygoing. We enjoy hanging out together at the house. We’ll have people over on occasion. We would like someone under 30. I also have a cat but she mostly keeps to me and my room.
