Lake Lucaya Drive

Located in an upscale gated community with a well equipped community gym, a large pool and resort style living. Lots of options for jogging, walking, biking safely. The room is the front bedroom of a 5 year old home and includes all utilities, electric, gas, high speed internet, ethernet connection in the room, WIFI, streaming TV service and full kitchen and laundry access, with your own fridge. There are room darkening shades and black out curtains, remote controlled ceiling fan and light. It is right next to the shared bath with one other male. There is a private hot tub in the enclosed lanai with a TV there also. An in person visit is essential, we are looking for a somewhat quiet, clean, individual who will fit well with us. We are within 2 miles of shopping, banking, restaurants and a VA clinic. Also note, there are dogs and cats here. Please feel free to contact me for additional information.

Your roommates here are a straight male and the homeowners, a gay married couple. We are fairly quiet, very respectful and treat each other like family members with a moderate amount of banter now and then. We each have different interests/hobbies and enjoy good conversation. We would prefer someone of similar personality.
