This property is located off Midlothian Turnpike and is in an excellent location for getting around. Electric heat and 864 feet, it is on a main road, so it is busy during the day. It is a developing area. I am guessing the utilities will be somewhere around $300 per month ($150 both ways), the rent is $598 per person ($1195 total), and internet is about $30 each, so that would be about $775 (really $777.5), give or take. I’m a truck driver and home on Wednesday nights, some Thursdays, every Friday and Saturday, leaving Sunday morning. I work down in prince George and basically need a place to lay my head and cook for the week. I prefer to live with someone who is quiet and respectful of space. My one weird nuance is that I’d ask that you use an Ethernet cable connection to the Wi-Fi router as opposed to using Wi-Fi. I can explain it to you later, but I’m pretty adamant about trying to get away from Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I have cabling you can use.
