One available room in two story apartment. Free parking lot and car ports available. Downstairs amenities include a shared patio, fully furnished living room (with tv), kitchen, and half bath, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and in unit washer/dryer. Upstairs amenities include a full bath with two sink vanity and full shower, two separate bedrooms, in unit heating and A/C. Available room is unfurnished, carpeted, and has a walk in closet. The location is relatively hidden with many trees, but also close to the train tracks which can be loud. There is a market across the street, and a 7/11 very close by. Close to a campus walk that leads to many campus buildings.

I am looking for a roommate who can occupy the second bedroom in my apartment! I have a cat so I cannot rent to anyone who is allergic, or who has pets. He is friendly but shy. His litter box resides in the downstairs half shower, since it does not work. I clean it regularly and use pine pellets to diminish smell. I smoke medicinal Marijuana in the form of cartridges, so I need a roommate who is accommodating. I own all of the furniture in the apartment except for the other bedroom, so you only need to bring personal items and furniture. Of course I am open to sharing any of my belongings, especially household items, and I hope to be friends with whoever I room with! I am a tidy person who likes to keep a clean living space, but I’m also very flexible. I have Tourette Syndrome, which does not affect my daily life in a negative way, and my tics are not too bothersome but if that is something you aren’t sure about I would look elsewhere. I love movies, and rewatching my comfort shows. I love art and photography, all kinds of music and going out for drives. My couch is big enough to sleep on so friends are always welcome to crash on it when they visit :)
