Looking for a roommate to occupy the downstairs rooms in our 3 bedroom duplex in Gramercy beginning in May, looking for long term lease between 1-2 years. I’m fairly quiet, relaxed and easy to get along with! I’m a student at Baruch College and working/studying, so I’m fairly busy most of the time. The bedroom for rent comes unfurnished. Beautiful apartment located in a brownstone building and includes a good backyard!
