Very nice apartment complex, ground floor, includes pool and fitness room. Tampa/Brandon area near interstate.

I have a 3 bedroom apartment with myself and my 11-year-old son, as well as another lady who has 2 daughters with her part time. A third roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to help with rent until 09/28/2024. You would have your own room and closet, but unfortunately there are only 2 baths so would be shared. No one is normally home during the day with work and school. Quiet and everyone stays to themselves pretty much! Thanks for looking!
