About the room
I am leaving my current lease and looking for someone to pickup my room. The room available is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. Room is very large with plenty of space for a bed, desk and TV.
Rent is $1,734 and the only bills that the tenants are responsible for are electrical, gas and wifi. Building is super efficient, electricity and gas are never more than $25 per person, and wifi is $25 too.
Area is great, right off Morena with private alley entrance. Right at the junction of the I-5 and I-8 meaning that everything in San Diego is no more than 15 minutes away.
Laundry is on-site, parking is currently being figured out as the landlord is finishing some new units on property. Either way, street parking is always available.

About the roomies
Roommates are two USD graduate students. One is from San Fran and the other is from St. Louis. One is getting his MS in Finance and the other his MS in Business Analytics. Cool quiet guys.
