Located in our 2-story home basement. Owners live on top floor. Our basement is converted into one bedroom apartment has a private entrance via our garage on the first floor, full access to the Jacuzzi, Deck, and shared laundry room. You do not have access to the top floor of the house as the owners live there. Basement includes: (fully furnished) A Queen bed in private bedroom, comfortably fits 2 adults. 1 large dresser, huge closet, 2 side tables with charging capabilities, fan & light, 1 Googl-Nest for music and videos. 1 private shower and bathroom in the bedroom. 1 Private Living Room with wood-burning fireplace & Kitchenette double stovetop burner for cooking capabilities. 1 futon couch
