Must be okay with a dog living in home Fully furnished private bedroom with attached private bath available in a clean, quiet home near Temple University. This room also has access to our fenced-in private backyard with outdoor seating and enclosed garden.

One payment covers everything: Fully furnished bedroom, All utilities included (Wi-Fi, electric, water), Secure building / exterior cameras / keyless entry, Shared kitchen + 50 inch TV included + Heating installed + AC unit available upon request + common areas kept clean, On-site laundry with several washing and drying machines.

Move-in Requirements: First month’s rent + deposit, Proof of income , Simple screening process Fee: $50 Application Fee (covers background check).
