Just outside of miracle mile, the house is 5 minutes from UofA, shopping, and the freeway, and 7 from downtown. It’s a 2 story 2 bd 2.5 ba, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The yard is fully enclosed for full privacy, and also has a hot tub.
About the roomies
I work fully remote for a startup in LA. I play rugby as well, and spend time up in phoenix, so I’m generally gone every other weekend during season. I have one dog, Mochi, who’s a sweet boy who loves to cuddle, but energetic and pretty big (70 lbs). I do like to go out and party, but I also am just fine hanging on the couch. There will be people over occasionally.
