SHORT TERM STAY ONLY AVAILABLE MAY 1ST-MAY 31ST. Basement unit available for rent, cats are ok as long as they stay downstairs for an extra $50 a month. Also included is all utilities, general area cleaning, lawn maintenance, toiletries included. House has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Currently have 4 people living here so you would be the 5th. All early 20s respectful, responsible, and we like to keep a tidy house. Caged pets are ok too. 1st month rent and security deposit due to move in. Lease is flexible. This is a a bedroom and living room in one with great privacy. If interested please message me a little bit about yourself! :)
