Hello, my name is Kevin Westbrook. I just signed a lease on an apartment.

The location is secluded but near a major intersection. I got it because the price is relatively cheap given the current market.

The lease is 985$so that will be split down the middle, along with the rest of bills which include a 55$ utility, Google Fiber which is 70$. That all will be split down the middle.

I still got to clarify the utilities with the owner. I don’t know if that utility pays for everything or if I still have to sign to the electric company.
