This is a dual master at an unbeatable price for a luxury building downtown! Incredible amenities and lots of space. The apartment is a dual master, so you have your own room, walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom. My current roommate is moving to NYC so I’m looking to fill her spot. The place is honestly incredible - all new appliances, modern, sleek, spacious and welcoming. Washer/dryer in unit. The building has a gym, dog park, bowling alley, game room, two pools, a gorgeous rooftop, and grills and common areas throughout. Parking is included. (Underground gated garage). Floor plan included in pics. We’re on the 3rd floor in a great location right by Petco Park! Utilities aren’t included but SDGE is about $75 per month and water, sewer, and trash is about $40. Still way under the average rent for downtown! Room is unfurnished and I have decor/some furniture. All except for the couch is mine (which we can possibly buy from the roommate moving if needed.)

I’ve lived downtown for several years and specifically in this apartment for almost 5 years, I’ve loved it! I’m a pretty social person but I don’t usually have guests over. My home is for relaxation and hanging with my pup, Sophie. (She’s in the living room picture. :) I keep the common areas super neat and am usually the one to restock household items before they run out. Ask me anything else you’d like to know!

She has a small dog (hypoallergenic) that is sincerely the cutest, sweetest, most calm dog I have ever met. She’s super friendly and quiet - never barks at all and just chills around the apartment. I truly can’t say enough great things about this space! It’s hard to leave. Absolutely a steal for what you get.”
