Bedroom(s) for rent. I have two separate unfurnished bedrooms for rent.

One is 132“ X 112“ (11 ft. X 9.4 ft.)

One is 132“ X 126“ (11 ft. X 10.4 ft.)

I am the only one who lives here, and I own the house.

NO DEPOSIT (but you must have proof of employment) No dogs, but I am open to discussing options if you have a cat. It has good-sized bedrooms and closets, is in a good neighborhood, and is very close to a park.

Access to the Washer & Dryer. Access to the garage to store bikes or boxes. Access to a punching bag in the garage. Access to the Kitchen and items within. Access to the Kitchen Panty. Access to a small but fenced-in yard.

Large open living room / Kitchen area

Shared Kitchen, shared living room, shared bathroom with the second room’s roommate.

I am looking for someone clean, fairly quiet(ish), respectful, and who will clean up after themselves. I work from home, so I will be here most of the time. No parties, and no visitors or overnight company. I am very chill and lowkey and might be open to discussions about those.

Parking is available in the driveway or street.

The house has a security system with cameras outside.

Available March 1st The first month’s rent is due at move-in.

There is no deposit, but we can discuss a cleaning deposit if you have a cat or other pet (outside of a dog).

This will be month to month, but if you want to set up a contract to stay for 6 ~ 12 months at a time, that can be arranged so you are guaranteed a place to live if needed. I prefer a long-term tenant, but I understand things can change, so that’s why I say month to month.

It is very close to Walmart, Grocery Outlet, and drive-in theater.

I am 48 and fairly quiet; I work from home and will be here most of the time. I don’t have any pets. When I’m off work I just veg and play games or watch movies / shows. If you love anime we can binge together.
