I am asking… • Large, finished walkout basement with patio and full bath - $1000 (more privacy) • Large Master bedroom with full bath and large closet - $900 • Small bedrooms with shared bathroom $695/each Includes all utilities and WiFi (a reasonable amount) This townhouse has one car garage, and one car can fit in driveway. No smoking or drugs inside the house or garage. Not very noisy, respect other roommates, neighbors and be cooperative. Keep common areas clean after use.
