Private bedroom and private bathroom in a townhouse in an awesome gated community backing to Black Mountain and hiking trails. There is a 2 car garage you can park in as well as community parking. The room is either unfurnished or partially furnished with a brand new mattress/bedding you can use if you need it. Half of utilities would run about $50-$100 per month (electric, water, gas). Internet would be included unless you do a lot of streaming and I have to pay overages. The house is non-smoking so if you do partake I ask you do it outside only.

Single fitness-minded professional male (work in technology - developer), clean, friendly/chill, respectful and drama-free. I own the house so no other roommates so you can consider the place half yours (kitchen/living room/washer/dryer, etc). I do have to get up at 4:45 most days for work so hoping to find someone that won’t be banging out EDM on the subwoofer in the middle of the night, as much as I love EDM :)
