Fully furnished living room. Top floor unit, nature facing with big bright windows! Washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher and modern electric appliances. Tons of closets/storage space in the apartment. Paid parking lot and garage. Key coded building with lots of security cameras. Close to the Winooski circle and many nature trails! Pet friendly on a case by case basis with pet deposit. Can send more pictures upon request.

NOTE: this is not a sublease. You would need to be approved through the property management company and prove you make 3x your half of the rent as your income and pass a background/credit check.

I am a 30 year old looking for someone around the same age to share my space with. Male or female but unfortunately no couples. I have a small dog who’s old and going blind so you must be pet friendly! One other pet welcome on a case by case basis with a pet deposit. I’m clean and respectful of common areas and value communication in a roommate.
