Unfurnished room in fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, 1100ish sq feet, 3rd (top) floor, decent size rooms, all amenities, central AC/heat, washer & dyer in the apartment. Elevator, garage parking (tandem), EV charging available, small pool, jacuzzi, small workout room, etc…

The room has dual vanity sink, its own bathroom & tub / shower. 2 good size closets, plus in wall shelf/cupboard closets.

The bills are all split, I can be flexible on that to get someone in here.

The place is right next to the LA river and there are great walks to be had around the area. its a nice neighborhood (for LA). I walk it daily.

Trader Joes, Ralph’s, the Fashion Square Mall, and Veteran’s park is right here… Whole foods and Gelson’s is close.

56 year old male, I ride a Harley, walk or uber everywhere I need to go. There is a gated garage with tandem parking spot available behind my motorcycle.

I work from home 4 day/week, in office 1, and usually go out on the weekends.

Not much bothers me, as long as you don’t bring the party home. No smokers, no stoners, no drunks, no drug addicts. Prefer quiet, relaxed, trustworthy, stable, older roommate (40+).

The main thing is you must have a job and be able to cover your bills!
