Hello! I am looking for a new roommate for my 2bed 1bath apartment in Port Jeff Station. Would love someone who is neat and quiet (as I do work nights). My dog lives at the apartment so I would love someone who loves dogs/animals (but she is the only pet allowed). PM me with any questions! No laundry on site, there is a dishwasher and heating, I have a window ac unit for summer 1.1k/month + 1/2 utilities (usually full price is around 100 electric and 200 when we need oil)
