The room is about 9 x 10 with air conditioning and mirrored closet doors, fits queen size and I don’t have a bed but I can provide dresser and extra lighting and a desk. The property is located in a beautiful area a nice 1500 sq ft very functional home close to Trader Joe’s gym markets and Channel Islands university and Amgen, etc. quiet area great neighbors. There’s a nice kitchen, some storage are in the garage Wi-Fi laundry onsite and a great upstairs deck and a bbq. I have a 22lb Dachsund-chihuahua mix very lovable. I have 3 cats that have their own spaces. They do it run around the house. I am a retired widow that’s home most of the time. I’m a landlord from Heaven and just looking for a clean mature respect the elders type person who wants their own space mainly. The master bathroom would b your own mainly but I would need to use it mainly 20 % of the time. I have one roommate that’s been here about a year, he likes it. He’s 65 but u would never know it bcause he’s an athlete, long distance biking and racing. There’s plenty of street parking and open space for hiking biking and walking. I’ve been a landlord for 20 years as my husband passed away in 2008. I have lived here 40 yrs now! It’s like Disneyland!
