Channing Place Northeast

I live in a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath unit. It’s located right off from Rhode Island ave and Reed st NE. A five minute walk to Rhode Island Metro (Red Line). The building has a bunch of amenities: gym, yoga studio, bike shop, outdoor pool, game room, BBQ areas, rooftop area, business center etc. The bedroom is furnished (Full size bed). The rent will be $1,000 a month, utilities included (1 month security deposit required). I’m okay with month to month.

I work as a Graphic designer for the DOJ. I work from home Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday to Friday I’m in the office. I live with a friendly large dog, 14yrs. I’m more of a night owl, wake up late and go to sleep late. I’m pretty active and outgoing, but also computer nerd when I’m home.
