About the room
This is a private room in a 4bd 2ba house near downtown Ashland. Common areas such as kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are shared. Therefore, residents are expected to clean up after themselves and be mindful of each other in general.
This spacious room (13x13ft) outfits a comfortable queen bed and a dresser. I can also provide a computer desk and a chair. Since the space is already furnished, please, do not bring your own furniture.
I am looking for an individual who will respect the space as well as the other residents.

About the roomies
I do not live in the property. There are 3 other roommates currently living there. Each person has their own private bedroom and shares a bathroom with another tenant. Everyone has a full time job and don’t spend much time home.
