Lucy's room

This condo is a 2 bed/2 bath so you would have your own room and essentially your own bathroom. The condo is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Moorpark with lots of parking and it is very close to stores. We are only looking for another female to rent this room so it can be a safe space, because our preferred gender is female you can have overnight guests that are female but male overnight guests are not permitted.

My girlfriend and I are currently living in the other bedroom with its own bathroom. We are very clean and chill people and want someone similar to that. We enjoy cooking, baking, and hosting when we can. I work at random times, sometimes till midnight and my girlfriend works from home so we also do enjoy a quiet home at times where everyone can rest and focus on their own activities.
