This comes with a shared bathroom and very clean. No pets, kids, visitors or smoking. The house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. It is 5 mins away from stores, coffee shops, restaurants and banks. 20 mins away from MCO airport, 20 mins from Disney, and 30 mins from Downtown Orlando. Very convenient location.

The furnished room has a queen size bed, 50’ inch TV, high speed internet, closet, drawer, lamp, fan and it’s very comfortable for 1 person. The window has a nice view of the street as you can see the sunlight.

Looking for applicants with a serious and clean background. Interested in a person with a full time job/student. Minimum 6 month rental. Must be a single male and have references
