ROOM FOR RENT). Beautiful apartment paradise with the best top-floor pool, hot tub, and huge screen for sports. Just a few minutes walk from ASU Tempe Campus and next to all the best food places(Like El Pasaino’s).
The term: 08/01/2024 to 07/31/2025(FULLY FURNISHED). The base rent is 1,318.95. It also still includes water, sewer, and trash pickup. Electricity also is individually billed per person which is no more than around 30 to 40$. This rent is cheaper than my roommates and others are paying in Apollo.
Also if you would like more details, feel free to message me, and I will answer anything I can. But if I don’t know the answer, the best way is to call Apollo Tempe themselves.
P.S. If you need the place sooner, I can sublet it during the summer and the rent will be 1,080. But then switch to 1,318 next year.

About the roomies
They are great guys and super chill and not super loud. Most of the time they aren’t here and if they are it is in their rooms doing their own thing.
