30th Street

Room is part of the apartment building Two Nine North. It is a 2 bed 2 bath – I am currently living here but the other room is available. You would have a private bedroom (11.5’ x 12.5’, plus a large walk-in closet) and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living room. Bedroom is unfurnished but common spaces are furnished. It is honestly a great apartment – very spacious and comfortable (~1400 sq. ft), features central heating/AC, washer/dryer in unit, balcony (3rd floor), kitchen has all the appliances (range, fridge w/ ice maker, dishwasher, microwave). The building is very nice as well, it features a gym, underground parking (extra fee), pool/hottub, grill/firepit, and lounge. The location could not be better – right in the heart of Boulder, less than 1 mile away from CU and 16th street mall. It is literally right next door to the 29th Street Mall – Target, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and countless shops and restaurants right downstairs.

Hi, my name is Ethan. I am in my early 20’s and brand new to Boulder. I have lived with roommates for most of my life. I would say that I am a very easy person to live with. I am quiet, respectful, don’t have a lot of people over, and no drama. I do have a cat named Sammy who is in some of the pictures. He is very loving and low maintenance, also he likes to think he runs the apartment. I would think of him as the unofficial landlord. I am looking for someone in their 20’s and preferably female.
