Watson Street Southwest

I have a place picked out and would love to meet someone to live starting in May! It’s across the street from my current apartment, with the same (private) landlords. It’s a recently renovated two-bedroom street level apartment in a house. It has a front porch, back garden (hammock, anyone?) and a huge side yard as the neighbor is a church with an empty, grassy yard in between. It has a new-ish kitchen, too. It’s near the zoo, the neighborhood is safe, usually pretty quiet and close (but not too close) to city life. On-street parking, laundry in basement, water paid for by landlord.

I like to cook and have a bunch of houseplants. I am an introverted extrovert so the energy of a home means a lot to me. My cat is friendly, curious and brave, he likes to go outside and would like a new friend, furry or otherwise. I work full time and am also a student, I strive for a peaceful, comfy home that feels safe for my cat and I. Sustainability is important so I recycle and try not to waste. Feeling “home” in our home is very important to us!
