Carlos's room

• Bedroom is big with a double sided closet. Living room is spacious as well and feel free to hangout there anytime.
• Utilities/internet are split in 3 by amount of rooms
• Features : Washer / Dryer, Refrigerator, microwave
• Xfinity WiFi
• Shared kitchen
• Bathroom upstairs would be pretty much your own since I’m rarely there.
• Nice area with a community pool & lawn gets landscaped weekly. Safe & quiet neighborhood.
• Couple’s ok for a small additional cost.

There’s one couple in the downstairs bedroom that use the bathroom downstairs as their personal. They’re nice & friendly. I personally rarely ever stay or hangout at the house but still have the master bedroom. I mainly stop by every once in a while to check the mail but as a bonus I still contribute 1/3 of the utilities.
