Jason's room

Spare bedroom in Bensalem with closet and full bath. Located less than 2 miles from Parx casino, close to I276, Rt1, and I95/295. 2nd floor, 11’x11’ room. There’s a parking lot at the complex, and on street parking is allowed, and closer to the unit, but I don’t risk it personally. The downstairs is a shared space which includes the living room, laundry room, kitchen, and a powder room. There’s also a dining room I don’t really use. And a back patio. I will try to add more pictures when I find the time

I’m 35 years old, I work two jobs, one overnight and one part time 3 or four days a week. I typically sleep during the afternoon. On occasion I have people over, not very loud indoors but sometimes if we’re outside we get the music going and whatnot. I’m ok with alcohol but not drugs.
