Jon's room

I have a 1800sq ft. home in a quiet subdivision in the northernmost part of Brunswick. 2 bedrooms upstairs are unfurnished and available to use(1 large and 1 smaller room). Keyless code entry on the front and garage door. We do have to split the full bathroom upstairs 50/50. You can use the front family room as your own. Kitchen has a new GE electric stove, and your welcome to do as much cooking as you want. You can park your vehicle in a spot in my 2 car attached garage(will supply you a remote opener for your side of garage). There is a small workout area and walk-in 2 person infrared sauna in my basement. Laundry machines are also in basement. Pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Though the neighbors German Shepherds will probably want to have a chat with any new neighbors on the other side of the fence haha. Utilities are included as long as you are not grossly irresponsible. Pictures of any room/area upon request. I will also have a dry-erase board with your name and the date written on it in the pictures.(so you know everything is as pictured and current status.)

Just me(29yr Male), quiet and spend most time in my little theater room after work(yes there’s a 115“ theater setup in the back living room of the house). I do have alot of candles and wax melts, so if that’s a problem we won’t be good roommates.
