South 11th Avenue

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom and bathroom at stadium view. There are three other male roommates that are all respectful and clean. It is located on the top floor. I need this to be taken for the month of April till end of July with the ability to sign on for another year (if you want) at the same rate. You would have the lowest rate of around $800 including utilities. There is a queen size bed a desk 2 small dressers and a nightstand included as well as all kitchen supplies are all included. I have a video walkthrough if needed.

There are 3 other men living here. They are decently clean and organized. Easy to communicate with and go to MSU as well. We are all generally pretty busy and are constantly doing something away from the apartment.
