What upppp Im Crys!! 32 reppin rainbows to the max! I’ll be your roommate alongside my cat Liam - we live in the heart Downtown Columbus and we’re looking to add another cool down to earth reliable roommate to the mix. Rent is 1150 per person that includes everything everythangggg. This bad boy is a 2 bedroom you get your own side of the apartment with a private room and bathroom - we share the kitchen and living room for some good food great convos and delicious drinks. Looking for a roomie who can be a potential great friend in the long run! I’m a great person and I’d love to share space with another great person as we do exist its just hard to find. We can do a virtual tour or in person a phone call will def be required before meeting though. I’m super down to earth and a lot of fun, I moved from jersey 2 years ago and have established beautiful relationships so far. The place is dope and speaks for its self when you see it. The location is prime and its safe if your new to columbus you will love it trust me!

** the bedroom is staged and can all be removed for your own personal touch - if you want to keep the bed in the room we can discuss that as well as the tv and stand other than that itll be a blank canvas for ya **

Outside, our backyard is the lively Columbus Commons, hosting a variety of events from concerts to food trucks and yoga classes in the summer months plus more. Take advantage of our seasonal pool, grill, and fire pit for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Surrounded by an array of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, you’ll never run out of options for dining and entertainment.

Our building has 24 hour security and you will need a fob to enter the building. You will also have a key lock for your room for your security.

We have a community room with a pool table, tv’s, coffee bar and shuffle board (these photos are dated) and our conference center is equipped with computers and printers.

We are 10-minute walk from Nationwide Arena, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Short North neighborhood, which is just a quick 5-minute drive away. We are minutes away from the Ohio theater, Cosi, and many more Columbus staples like the Crew Stadium. Transportation is easy as we are 15 mins away from the airport, right next to the highways and car services are always waiting outside. We have a bus stop, scooters and city bikes right outside. Down the street is the Olentangy River which is a great place to walk, bike, fish and kyack, it also host many summer events like 4th of Julys, Red White and Boom the Taco and Art fest.

There is a convenient store located just right down stairs of the apartment (DGX) for a quick grab from snacks, fresh produce, toiletry, wine and more. Feel free to ask me questions or recommendations for all your needs. I have built an amazing network of genuine people from photographers, hairstylist, business owners, dj’s etc.

A little about me I am a young fun professional who relocated to Columbus from NJ 2 years ago and have been in the shoes of not knowing where I wanted to live paying crazy prices for air b and b’s before landing the apartment i’m in now. I have a cat named Liam who would remind you of an old grandpa. I love music lovvvveeee music and I love having great experiences. When i’m not creating vibes somewhere you can catch me at the gym, at a concert, traveling, trying new craft beers, bar tending, meeting new people, creating new marketing schemes, creating content but most of all enjoying life! I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ crew very proud and I inspire to create a safe space for my guest.
