Furnished bedroom on second floor for rent in a three bedroom house, located at the end of the road. Quiet neighborhood. Bathroom is primarily private but have occasional guest that may use bathroom. I have another guest room, so if you’re from out of town, your family is welcome to visit or going through a divorce, feel free to have kids on your weekends. Full house privileges, plus there is an amazing deck, outdoor propane gas firepit, horseshoe pit, and Koi Pond for when the weather is nice. I have a housekeeper that comes in every other week to clean the house. I have one German Shepherd who lives with me. Month-to-Month welcome as well as someone looking longer term. I’m a professional in my early 50’s who works hard and enjoys quiet time, however I would say I’m friendly, easy going, and sociable. In the evening, I typically read, watch tv, or play a game. I enjoy trips to the river, camping, some small hikes, wine tasting, and happy hour with neighbors. My family occasionally visits, hence shared bathroom. Typically it will all be yours. I’m fairly laid back, except for drugs, that is a big no for me, and I don’t want to be around it. I get up early as I work in Sac and tend to head to bed between 8:30 and 9.
