Memorial Drive

I have a room in a 1400 sq ft condo in memorial city for rent. To start, the condo is entirely hardwood with tile bathrooms and kitchen. Appliances are all less than a year old (had a 10k budget, got some nice stuff) Everything freshly cleaned and waxed, with a weekly cleaning service Private room, private bath; I work nights and mostly mind my own business. I am CLEAN, but messy which only really extends (downstairs) to a load of laundry still in the dryer on occasion or my coffee cup soaking in the sink before I toss it into the dishwasher. I ask for the same.

Not looking for a specific gender, I’ve had roommates of both and can provide references upon request, but I do ask applicants be somewhere between (a mature)22 to 35~ish, just so we grew up on a lot of the same culture etc.

Also, there is currently a few small items in there: king-sized bed, a dresser, a small computer desk that are yours to use or I will toss upon request. The previous owner of these left them and I have no use for them.

I manage a bar downtown, so im hardly home at night. Otherwise, i am fit and mostly clean, and an introvert, so i keep to myself unless we actually get along well.
