Niana's room

This is a two bed two bath property with a little patio. The neighborhood is very quiet. Unfortunately the visitors parking isn’t that big so getting parking can be a pain sometimes but the restaurant across the street lets tenants park there for free without towing. There is a garage and parking spot available all new appliances and a downstairs unit.

My name is Niana Allen. I am 24 years old. I am a vet tech and host/server at a local soul food spot in Oceanside. I love going to the beach, having friends over for card games and drinks occasionally, cooking, and just having fun. I’m very lowkey I keep to myself especially after long days at work. I would love to not only have a roommate but a friend as well someone i can hang with but also we both respect each others space. I have 2 dogs and a cat.. i know a lot but they’re all very chill and friendly and I do most of the cleaning because of them. In no way would you be responsible for them. I haven’t lived in California long or see a lot of it so I’m always looking for new stuff to do you’re welcome to join. I need to go out more so any suggestions are appreciated.
