Third floor apartment. Unit is around 900sqft. The room being listed is unfurnished, however you may keep the desk that shows up in the photos. You would be sharing a bathroom with me. Located in between Bel Mar and Southwest Plaza. Red Rocks is also only a 15 minute drive away! Willing to do in person or virtual tours.
I’m pretty laid back and clean. Usually gone for most of the day during the week, and I like to lounge around on the weekends. My hobbies include the gym, skating, live music and music production. I don’t do any recording on speakers in the evening though! I keep to myself most of the time but I’m down to kick it, especially if you’re 4/20 friendly.
(All of my music equipment would get moved into my room to help accommodate the living room)
