Im looking to rent a room out of my house, to a guy, ( gay male preferably.) NO PETS. No working from home, you have to be actively working. The bathroom would be shared upstairs, you are across the hall from other roomie. 600 per month, utilities included. If power, water or gas bills fluctuate in summer /winter I ask for more depending on power and gas usage. I ask that you clean up after yourself, we have a shared kitchen and laundry room. I tend to monopolize my TV as I like playing games (fair warning). Please respect others and what people do on their own time is their business, No drugs. No problem drinkers. Please be honest, respectful of other’s business and pay your rent on time.

We work full time and have most weekends off, roomie works full time, I’m gay, roommates’ businesses are their own.
