I have a private room available w/ shared bathroom. There is a dishwasher and WiFi available. We do not have a washer and dryer onsite but there are several laundromats in the area. The house is located near Mac Arthur Bart Station, 19th Street Bart station, 12th Street Bart station, West Oakland Bart and several AC Transit bus lines. There is street parking only. It is near downtown Oakland, Emeryville and Berkeley. There are plenty of grocery stores and places to shop nearby.
The home is currently occupied by 3 other people. Me the owner, my daughter and my mother. The house is two story, two people live in the bottom in unit. I live in the top unit which is where the vacant room is located. We have two dogs and a guinea pig. The animals live in separate living quarters.
