Hello we are looking for someone to move into the extra room we have available, there’s downstairs kitchen living area, there is no payed parking or reserved spots but the parking we have is plenty so you won’t be without a spot and we have an in unit washer and dryer the upstairs has a shared restroom. It’s a quiet area by a school and the community is gated and very clean. Looking to have someone move in as soon as you are approved by the leasing office.
There are currently two people living here both of us are students and I work full time so the place is pretty quiet. Unfortunately no pets as we are the two pet limit for the lease. We both have cats that live in our own rooms. There aren’t really any house rules the kitchen is open to everyone in the house we are super chill people.
