Kelly's room

Home is one mile from highway ramp. lower level furnished bedroom of raised ranch home. Bathroom with shower. Use of laundry. 2 other rooms can be worked out for whatever needed. One of the rooms has the furnace and boiler Nice door built to house them. and a sump pump (just in case). It never turns on. I use it as an office sometimes. One is currently a TV room with a sectional sofa. Large deck off the kitchen.

I am a former registered nurse. i am 59. I am raising a 13 year old. The only regular visitor would be a 10 year old one day every other weekend or less. I don’t entertain anymore. We are respectable people. No drugs, no cannabis or cigs smoking.
