You will share the unit with a woman. We are looking to rent to a woman. 1 car parking space ONLY. The ground floor is 2300 sq. ft. Bedrooms are 30 ft. apart with private bathrooms. Perfectly located getaway close to Kona in a beautiful & quiet area with the old Hawaiian feeling. You can’t smoke inside, drink, do drugs or have any parties or gatherings in the unit which benefit both you and your roomate.

Your roommate is a friendly and clean woman. She doesn’t smoke, drink or do drugs.
